Please read these terms carefully before using PlatinaCare®.

2. Who can use PlatinaCare®
PlatinaCare® connects patients, doctors, and clinics in Pakistan. You must provide accurate registration details (including phone, CNIC where required, and email) and keep them up to date.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised or that violate these terms.
4. Healthcare disclaimer
PlatinaCare® helps you find care, book visits, and manage related records. It does not replace emergency services or in-person clinical judgment. For medical emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
5. Bookings, fees, and cancellations
Appointment availability depends on doctor and clinic schedules. Fees, tokens, and refund rules shown in the app or at booking apply. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to clinic or platform policies.
6. Medical records and privacy
You authorize us to process health and identity information needed to operate bookings, EMR features, and care coordination, in line with applicable law and our privacy practices. Do not share another person’s sensitive data without proper authority.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, harass others, or use PlatinaCare® for unlawful purposes. We may remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect users and the network.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material updates may be highlighted in the product or by notice.
